Frequently Asked Questions

These are the questions we’re asked most often by system integrators, OEMs, and manufacturers.

How soon can you start?
Deployment can typically begin within days, depending on the skill set and team size you need.

For urgent or short-term support, we can often mobilize within 48–72 hours.

For multi-resource or long-term engagements, we’ll confirm availability and scope during a quick alignment call.

All Boltronic personnel assigned to U.S. projects are fully authorized to work and travel within the United States. We also maintain a dedicated immigration attorney in the U.S. who handles all documentation, compliance, and legal requirements for our team. Our legal team also does the work to guarantee adequate housing and transportation for Boltronic’s technicians.

Everything is managed internally — no paperwork, onboarding burden, or delays for your team.
Rates vary based on:
  • Discipline (mechanical, electrical, controls/robotics)
  • Engagement type (hourly, project-based, or long-term support)
  • Team size (from one technician to full crews)
  • Location and travel requirements
  • Duration and shift structure (days, nights, weekends)

We’ll quickly provide an estimate once we understand your scope.

You tell Boltronic what the project is and what you need.

We know our people and their strengths, and we send the right specialist for the job. It’s not a random assignment of whoever is available.
